11-Oct-11 PSA Meetings and conference calls

It has been agreed that the frequency of PSA Committee meetings to be once every quarter with technical meetings in addition.

  • 2 out of the 4 meetings will be made into full day events – the morning sessions to be formal with the afternoons informal.
  • The full-day events to be open to all paid up members, but we would have to place a limit on numbers, therefore we could invite all paid up members and allocate a place on a first come first served basis. In this way we can ensure we can cope with differing numbers depending on the host venue limitations.
  • Informal meetings could be extended to non-member vendors who showed initial interest, by invitation only.
  • Between formal meetings it was agreed that we have a teleconference on the 2nd Wednesday of the month for 1 hour, commencing at 09:00
