The WITS Test Specification is now available for purchase from the WITS Secretary.

This document covers all procedures necessary for testing Master Stations and Field Devices before they can be submitted for Self Certified or Verified status. The document is over 200 pages in size and is supplied in Word template format so that it can be annotated with test results.

There are 2 versions:

• Rev 1.1 – designed for use with Ver 1.1 of the Protocol
• Rev 1.2 – designed for use with Ver 1.2 of the Protocol

The price is £3,000 per copy for each version.

The full price of £3,000 will be charged for every new major version of the Test Spec (e.g. when there is an update from ver 1.x to 2.0) but any interim updates (e.g. from 1.x to 1.x+1) will be charged at the discretion of the Committee, depending upon the work involved in creating the update.
